The right thing for a spontaneous holiday

The rooms are larger than average and were very clean. The beds were perfect, which I really like in hotels. The whole complex is very clean and the beach is perfect. Due to the reef in front of it, you can't go directly from the beach into the water, which didn't bother us. Care is taken to ensure that guests only go into the water in the designated areas to prevent damage to the reef. The food was good. The drinks leave a lot to be desired for AI. The cocktails are unfortunately very bad and undrinkable. Very cheap alcohol and loveless preparation. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Feedback on the service is actively requested and implemented immediately. There really is no need for animation in this hotel, as the guests are not right for it. The animators often do their best with only moderate success. Nevertheless, we would particularly like to emphasise the two animators Bono and Linda. Two very charming personalities who we have taken very much to our hearts. Really annoying was the volume of the air conditioning and the fact that even at the pool you were constantly besieged by people trying to sell you excursions. However, we can only recommend the in-house massage service to everyone. Very professional and extremely relaxing.

I've spent 5 days in that charming place; it's a great destination if you're seeking relaxation. Service: The workers are nice and helpful, but you may not get an answer if you try to call the reception, which is not very professional. 3.5/5 Room and facilities: The room decoration and outdoor landscapes are very comfortable and peaceful, Swimming pool are very good. 4.5/5 Food: They have a good variety of foods every day, and the bakery chef is absolutely gorgeous. They have great bakery items for breakfast. 4/5 Animation: This might be the weakest point of the hotel due to a lack of activities. However, they do have good team members like Nour and Bono they are so friendly. 2/5 Go there if you're seeking relaxation and peaceful, don't go if you want activities and parties atmosphere.

The hotel is very good only for relaxing If you want to go ,go with a wife for honey moon or solo ,food is average not so great,beach is nice ,pools are not so bad , the animation team is less than average not so professional especially a young guy who is called Kai from Nigeria,

Nice personál specially Nour, we had very good time , food was good, room was clean , personal friendly every night different program . Complex have nice two swimming pools 😀 George❤️ ☺️ Very nice place for snorkeling! Beautiful corals and plenty fish

We stayed for a week, fully enjoying the hotel facilities and in particular the main pool with Ahmed. We appreciated the entertainment and the kindness and hospitality of all the staff.
